On 29th of January, the country Youtube channels will be closed and only the INT and DACH channels will remain. For those countries/sanctuaries where the changes are relevant, Digi Comms will coordinate with you which videos from your closing YT channel will be uploaded to the INT or DACH YT channel.

This will entail a high workload for all editors as not only the video links have to be exchanged but also all the links to the actual YT channel.

In this Editors Help page, we want to share with you all the elements where videos might have to be replaced or removed. Which videos will be replaced or removed is your countries'/sanctuaries' individual decision.

Once you have decided to keep the video and the video has been uploaded to either the INT or DACH channel, exchange the ID in the inspector when video is used in a Video Element.

If you decide, the video does not have to be reuploaded to the INT or DACH channel and can be deleted from the subpage, please delete the whole element from the content tree and not only the Youtube Video. See screenshot above.

If you have used a video instead of an image in an timeline item, you have two options.

• Replace the Youtube ID with the new ID in the inspector.
• Remove the Youtube ID from the inspector if the video will not be reuploaded and choose an image for the timeline item instead.
