'Claim' a page from the hub to the outlet (Publish a page/ Make it live)

Find out how to make your page live and published on your outlet ― plus, how to add related content to the new page, and teasers to landing pages

22.11.2021

All pages are created in the Content HUB and then need to be brought over to your specific outlet. Here are the steps to take, when you want to publish any page, whether it be a blog post, news article, press release, etc.

  1. Log into NEOS
  2. Select the target domain e.g. LIONSROCK where you intend to add a content page (click the burger menu in the top left corner and select your sanctuary or country page)
  3. Select the section e.g. "Our Stories" in the Document Tree where you want to add a content page
  4. Click on the "+" with horizontal arrow "—>" icon in the menu of the Document Tree and select the type of page reference you want to add, for example, an  **Article Reference**
  5. Provide a title for the article to be claimed and click enter
  6. Enter the title of article (the same name it has in the Hub) to be claimed in the search field in the Inspector (right side)
  7. Select the correct article and click on button "Claim content"
  8. Click on "Publish" (top right corner)
  9. EXTRA step: In the inspector (right side), you can also add related content to the bottom of your page. This helps keep visitors on the website. Click Relations and type in keywords in the Related Content search and other pages will pop up. Adding related content can only be done in the Outlet. See image below:
How to add related content to the bottom of a page

Important things to note:

  • Please claim a content page for a target domain only ONCE
  • You can link to this claimed page in a teaser as often as you want.
  • A double claiming of a content page is negative for SEO (="duplicated content")

Note:

If you claim a content page from the hub with links to another content page from the hub, then a a grey 'MISSING DOCUMENT(S) IN HUB' alert will be displayed.

Both content pages need to be brought over to the outlet, i.e, published to live.
