Having Trouble Booking Your Accommodation?
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to book a stay at LIONSROCK Big Cat Sanctuary
- Navigate to Stay Over Guests: On the menu or homepage, find the “Stay Over Guests” tab and click on it.
- Booking Site (Semper): Click on the “Book Now” button to begin your booking process. A new tab will open, taking you to our booking site Semper. Here, you’ll see a list of available rooms.
- Choose Your Dates: Select your dates and number of occupants. Note: Ensure your dates are set at least 48 hours in the future from date of occupancy before clicking "Search".
- Select Your Room: Browse through the available rooms and select the one you would like to book by clicking "Book Now".
- Reservation Summary: Confirm your booking information before clicking “Make Your Reservation”.
- Guest Details: Fill in the details of the primary traveler. Ensure to tick the box indicating that your information will not be shared with a third party.
- Reservation Details: Tick the box indicating that you have read and agreed to the booking terms and conditions before clicking the “Make Payment” button.
- Payment details: You will then be directed to a secure payment portal (Pay Genius) to complete the transaction. Ensure to select either credit/debit card or EFT payment method to proceed.
- Pay: Click the “Pay” button to complete the process. Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Having Trouble Booking Your Tour?
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to book a tour at LIONSROCK Big Cat Sanctuary
- Navigate to Day Visitors: On the menu or homepage, find the “Day Visitors” tab and click on it.
- Select Your Tour: Browse through the range of available tours and select the one you would like to book by clicking on it.
- Click Book Now: Once you have chosen your tour, click the “Book Now” button.
- Booking Site (Activitar): A new tab will open, taking you to our booking site Activitar. Here, you’ll see a list of available tours.
- Choose Your Date: Select your preferred date and time for the tour. Click the “Book Now” button to add it to your cart.
- Complete Visitor Information: Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the booking overview before filling in the required visitor information.
- Provide Payment Details: Next, enter your bank card information. You will then be directed to a secure payment portal to complete the transaction.
- Accept Booking Terms: Before finalising the booking, ensure to tick the box indicating that you have read and agreed to the booking terms and conditions.
- Book and Pay: Click the “Book and Pay” button to complete the process. Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour details.
