Create a new page using an Existing content page
Copy and paste an already existing page as a template, then change the content! Applicable for Article, Press Release, Blog, Rescue story etc. in the HUB
- Log in to NEOS
- Select Content HUB using the burger menu in the top left corner
- In the Document Tree select an existing content page of the correct page type
- Click on the "Copy" icon (two pages icon) in the menu of the Document Tree
- Select where you want the content page to go, by clicking on an area in the hub
- Click on the "Paste" (clipboard) icon in the menu of the Page Tree
- Choose one of the arrows, which determines where your page will go (above the current page, inside the page/folder, or below the current page)
- Rename the title and the url path for the Article in the Property Inspector and click on the green Apply button at the bottom of the Property Inspector
- Add your name abbreviation to author, (ie. CWA), and the publication date in the boxes provided in the inspector
- Change the Headline for the Article in the Content Canvas
- Change the Subline for the Article in the Content Canvas
- Change the content e.g. insert text in the Content Canvas
- Add taxonomies in the Property Inspector
- Click the third tab in the inspector (target symbol). Please make sure to add correct SEO details like meta description (eg. the subline + Read more!), add keywords, and open graph images (these are for sharing to social media) for both desktop and mobile. You can use the same image as the header.
- Click on the orange "Publish" button (top right corner)
