How to create Job pages
How to add the INT job page to your menu + Job Landing Pages
Jobs are only to be posted on the FOUR PAWS INT page, by the Website team. See here: Jobs page on the International Website
However, it is recommended to include a link to the FP INT Jobs Page on your website. You can do so by adding a shortcut to your menu. Follow these instructions to learn how!
OR, you can create a job landing page, and use teasers to link to your country specific job descriptions on the INT page. Skip to the Jobs Landing Page tutorial.
How to add a shortcut in your menu to the INT Job Page
- 1. Head to the document tree in your outlet
- 2. Click on a page in the document tree, for example, 'About Us'
- 3. Click the + symbol in the Document tree, and select ' Shortcut'

- 4. Type in 'Jobs' (or what you would like to show in the Menu, i.e. 'Job Opportunities', then click 'Create'
- 5. In the inspector (right side), select 'Target node', and choose 'Selected Target' node
- 6. Next, you will want to copy over the hard link to the INT jobs page. Copy this link: https://www.four-paws.org/about-us/jobs
- 7. After pasting the above link into the 'Target' box, click 'Publish to Live'
How to create a Jobs Landing page
- 1. Check out a couple of examples first: US version, using simple text links and EGS using the Teasers element
- 2. Head to your outlet and click on a page in the document tree. Click on a page, where you would like your new jobs page to be next to (i.e. in the About Us section)
- 3. Click on the '+' in the document tree
- 4. Then, when the 'Create New' options pop up, select the 'Landing Page' option

- 5. Fill in the important details (HL, subline, meta information in the 3rd tab of the inspector)
- 6. Choose different elements, like text or a Teaser --> Simple (Image), and link it to your specific job description, from the INT page
- 7. You will have to copy the hard link into the teaser (i.e. https://www.four-paws.org/about-us/jobs/...)
Please keep in mind to use the same image in the teaser as the one that is on the job description page, and please be sure to remove teasers once the job has been taken down on INT! (Your local HR personnel should contact you)
If your country/sanctuary does not have any open positions, you can always encourage visitors to see the general job page, using a CTA element.
